Do you handle authority approvals?+
Yes. Submissions, method statements, permits and inspection coordination are managed by our own team as part of the contract.
How is pricing prepared?+
We price line by line against your drawings and scope, with quantities, rates and exclusions stated clearly so the proposal can be compared item by item.
Who will I deal with during the project?+
A named lead engineer runs your site day to day, and our partners stay directly reachable for commercial decisions.
How are variations handled?+
Any change is priced and approved in writing before the work proceeds, so the contract value never moves without your sign-off.
What do I receive at handover?+
A closed snag register, as-built drawings, material warranties and test certificates, delivered as one complete handover file.
Which emirates do you work in?+
We work across the United Arab Emirates, and our office is on Al Malek Faisal Street, Al Reqa, Umm Al Quwain.
