  1. Stage 01

    Enquiry & site review

    We review your drawings, visit the site and confirm scope, access, constraints and the outcome you expect.

  2. Stage 02

    Itemised proposal

    You receive a priced, line-by-line proposal with a milestone programme and clearly stated exclusions.

  3. Stage 03

    Approvals & mobilisation

    Authority submissions, method statements, insurances and site setup are completed before the first works begin.

  4. Stage 04

    Construction

    Civil and structural works progress under engineer supervision with inspection records at every hold point.

  5. Stage 05

    Finishing & coatings

    Tiling, gypsum, joinery and paint systems applied with surface preparation done properly the first time.

  6. Stage 06

    Snagging & handover

    Joint inspection, snag closeout, testing support and a complete handover file with warranties and as-builts.
