Building Construction

We deliver complete buildings under one contract — from setting out and substructure to superstructure, finishing and handover. Every stage is executed to the approved consultant drawings and inspected before the next activity is released.

Villa foundation with waterproofed footings, starter bars and slab mesh — Foundation stage: waterproofed footings, column starter bars and blinding checked before slab pour.

Reinforced concrete column cages erected on a completed ground slab — Superstructure: column cages erected to setting-out lines with cover blocks and lateral bracing.

Completed three-storey villa with natural stone cladding — Handover stage: façade cladding, glazing and external works complete.

Engineering detail

Standards we work to

Concrete grades: C25–C40 ready-mix, mix design approved before pour
Reinforcement: Grade 460/500 high-yield bar, BBS-based cutting and fixing
Tolerances: Verticality ±5 mm per storey; slab level ±5 mm over 3 m
Inspection: Consultant and authority inspection request before each pour
