Finishing Works
Finishing is where a building is judged. We sequence wet trades, dry trades and installations so surfaces stay protected and every line, joint and shadow gap meets cleanly at handover.

- Waterproofing of wet areas, roofs and planters with flood testing
- Floor and wall tiling, stone and skirting
- Gypsum ceilings, bulkheads, cornices and light coves
- Doors, joinery, wardrobes and kitchen interfaces
- Aluminium windows, glazing, handrails and cladding

- Flood test
- 48-hour flood test on all wet areas before screed
- Tile tolerance
- Lippage ≤1 mm, joint width ±0.5 mm, 100% adhesive coverage
- Ceiling level
- ±3 mm over 3 m, laser-checked before board fixing
- Sealants
- Neutral-cure silicone at all dissimilar-material junctions
