MEP Coordination
MEP is coordinated against the structure before first fix, so sleeves, chases and openings are cast in rather than cut out later. Testing is completed and witnessed before closing any ceiling or wall.
Scope of works
- Builder's work openings, sleeves and cast-in items
- Electrical containment, conduits, DBs and final fix
- Water supply, drainage and sanitary installation
- HVAC ducting, split/VRF units and ventilation
- Testing, commissioning and authority inspections
